We encourage you to choose mindfully before purchasing.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes:

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Preference for a different style or colour

  • Gifting issues

  • Sale or discounted items

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item has a major fault, or a repair or replacement if it is not of acceptable quality.

A fault may include:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • A piece that is significantly different from its description

  • An item that fails under normal wear shortly after purchase

What is not considered faulty:

  • General wear and tear

  • Tarnishing or oxidation over time

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

  • Natural variations in handmade materials

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty under ACL.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: bybranadesigns@gmail.com

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
Once assessed, we’ll advise the next steps.

If a return is confirmed, postage will be at the expense of the customer.
